Your scroll isn't free anymore. 💪
HonorFit locks the apps that steal your time — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, whatever you choose — until you've earned them with exercise.
No camera. No motion tracking. You log your own reps — if you cheat, the only person you're lying to is the one doing zero pushups.
None. Not a drop. No AI rep counting, no machine-learning "form detection", no cloud processing, no chatbot coach. Just you, the floor, and your word.
Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no analytics, no data collection. The app can't read your screen — it only sees which app is in the foreground.
Pushups, situps, pull ups, and squats — each with its own independent screen-time rate.
Watch your earned time count down in real time, and keep your daily streak alive.
Total reps, workouts, best streak, a per-exercise breakdown, and a 14-day chart, so you can see the work stack up.
Custom exercises and rep values, saved routines, hard mode (every rep earns half), reset-at-midnight, and no cap on banked time — the free tier banks up to 20 minutes.
HonorFit is built by Thomas Willheim, a biotech software developer living on the Central Coast of California. When he's not writing code, he's surfing, cooking, or hanging out with his toddler. He built HonorFit because he wanted his own scroll time to cost something.

It doesn’t. HonorFit is an honor system — no camera, no motion tracking, no AI rep counting. You log your own reps. If you cheat, the only person you’re lying to is the one doing zero pushups.
Yes. On iPhone it uses Apple’s Screen Time (Family Controls) to shield the apps you pick. On Android it runs a foreground service that watches which app is on screen and covers blocked apps with a lock overlay.
No. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no network calls. Everything is stored on your device. HonorFit cannot read your screen content — it only sees which app is in the foreground.
Blocking, workouts, and stats are free, with earned time banked up to 20 minutes. HonorFit Pro removes the cap and adds custom exercises, timed workouts, saved routines, hard mode, a daily baseline, and pause mode, for $3.00 per month or $19.99 once.
